The Family of Faith exists to provide emotional and spiritual support for individuals living with a terminal diagnosis, as well as for their caregivers and loved ones.

Founded with roots in serving those living with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), our mission has grown to come alongside anyone facing the challenges of an end-of-life diagnosis. When someone receives a terminal diagnosis, life can feel suddenly and profoundly shaken. In the midst of navigating medical decisions, daily responsibilities, and emotional uncertainty, many individuals and families also experience deep isolation and loneliness. It is often a season marked not only by physical hardship, but also deep spiritual questions and struggles. That is where we come alongside you.
